Hello, I’m LaReshia Alfred, Owner and Administrator of Trusting Arms LLC Home Care. Caring for others has been a part of my life for more than 37 years, and throughout that journey I have learned that quality care is about much more than helping with daily needs—it is about treating every person with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect.

As a woman of faith, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, family is at the heart of who I am. That same love for family is the foundation of Trusting Arms LLC Home Care. In 2019, I turned my lifelong passion for helping others into a family-owned business with one simple purpose: to provide the kind of dependable, compassionate care we would want for our own loved ones.

Trusting Arms LLC Home Care is licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to provide Personal Assistance Services. We proudly serve individuals and families with personalized, non-medical support designed to help our clients remain safe, comfortable, respected, and as independent as possible in the place they call home.

For me, Trusting Arms is more than a business—it is an opportunity to serve. Whether I am caring for a client, supporting a family caregiver, or giving back to someone in need, I believe every person deserves to know that someone truly cares.
